Pelagićevo Lake was created in the sixties of 20th century, by the excavation of gravel needed for the construction of the main road. Lake complex has the area of about 80 ha, out of which 33 ha is the water surface.

Sava's carp is native species in this region, characterised by a great fighting spirit. It is particularly exciting to fish for carp at reservoirs, with the modern equipment for carp fishing with a heavy lead and throw the fish-hook to the longer distances.

Posavina extends along midstream of Sava river, from the west delimited with Ukrina river and intersected with rivers Bosna, Tolisa, Tinja, Brka to Lukavac in the east.
