Paragliding courses are performed in cooperation with the AirDrenaline Paragliding School from Banja Luka. Very first event organised by ParaGhost Club was “Showcase competition in paraglider overfly Ozren 2010” with the participation of the regional clubs. The event also included promotional, cultural and entertainment activities. The focal point was Okolište, main launch site was Ozren’s peak Gostilj and the spare one was peak Ruj.
The goal of the competition was to present Ozren mountain area to paraglider flyers, toursist and the media as attractive area with ideal climate and physical-geographic characteristics and many opportunities for sport and recreation activities. At the same time that was the preparation for the organisation of the higher-rank competition in 2011, and entrance into the calendar of paragliding events and registration in the World Air Sports Federation (FAI).
The organiser of the showcase competition was the paragliding club “ParaGhost” and co-organiser was the Tourist Association of Doboj.
