These rivers are rich with the following ichthyofauna: Common Nase (Sneep), Danubian Roach, Bream, Vimba, Chub, Barbel, Carp, Danube Bleak, Catfish, Pike, Pike-Perch, Grass Carp, Prussian Carp, Zingel, and occasionally Danube Salmon (Huchen) and Trout can be caught as well during the winter. Fishing area is abundant with fish from family Cyprinidae.
