Hunters Association “Fazan”, Doboj – We are one of the biggest hunting associations in the Republic of Srpska, we manage big hunting-ground, rich with various game.

In the period between the two World Wars of the 20th century, hunters from Doboj were the members of the hunters association from Gračanica. First hunters association in Doboj was established in 1945 and according to the documents from that time, there were only 11 hunters active at the time of the foundation. Today, our Association has 1,000 hunters organised in 31 hunters’ groups and it is the biggest association in the Republic of Srpska.

Family house Spasojević located in Pridjel has been reconstructed to serve as a pension. It is located just 5 kilometers from the city center, on the main road from Doboj to Preslica recreational site and Okolišta plateau.

Hunters Association “Fazan” manages hunting-ground of over 80,000 ha, out of which 70,000 ha is hunting area. The hunting-ground has high and low shooting stands, and it is divided in the zones according to the terrain altitude:

Hunters Association “Ozren” is active in the area of Petrovo municipality, and is organised in 6 clubs, namely Petrovo, Kakmuž, Soškovac, Karanovac, Porječina and Krtova.

Mountains Vučijak and Trebava and the hill Majna, together with Posavina plain and the valley of Bosna river with its tributaries Tolisa and Jakešnica, have always been pleasant home for various game.

Complex geographical configuration, rich vegetation and natural water flows provide conditions for variety of game species. Pheasant, quail and rabbit are all abundant in lower parts of Ozren, as well as wild duck, pigeon and dove. Roe deer, wolf, fox, marten and wild boar can be found in the higher regions of Ozren.
